Vehicles are constantly evolving with manufacturers adding electronics. These electronic devices allow for safer driving, enhanced passenger comfort, entertainment, more power, better fuel economy, less emissions, and the list goes on. The downside to all these electronics is a greater possibility of something failing. The more the vehicle is equipped, the more that can break.

As the electronics on vehicles advance, the more difficult they become to diagnose when a problem arises. Some items are simple and some are more complex. An example would be a back-up camera that is dim during daylight and useless at night not allowing the driver to see anything. Most may think the camera is to blame, when in reality it is a faulty module for the back-up camera system. Without the proper diagnosis, you will end up throwing away money on unneeded parts.

The example above was actually one of the simpler cases that we have seen.
